2. Look at our listings and arrange inspections
Inspections give you the chance to ask questions about the property and imagine how it might work for you.
3. Complete your application
Once you’ve found a property you like, you have to apply to become a tenant. Complete the application form and email it to us at kingsberry@tsvharcourts.com.au or just drop it into our office. You’ll also need to submit 100 points worth of identification. We generally process applications within 24 hours, so you shouldn’t have to wait too long to know whether you’ve been successful.
Once we have received the completed application form, we will endeavour to process it within 24 hours and advise you of the outcome as soon as possible. As part of your application, we’ll talk you through your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, and provide you with a handy guide to tenancy, created by the Residential Tenancies Authority.
