How to Report Maintenance
Oh no! Something’s gone wrong with the property…what should you do now? It is a requirement that all general maintenance is reported to our office in writing. This can be done by emailing your property manager or lodging it through the troubleshooting button at the bottom of the page. Once we have received your maintenance request, we will contact the owner for authority & arrange repairs.
If the maintenance is an emergency, please contact the office by phone to advise of the issue so we can address it urgently. If an emergency requiring maintenance happens outside of business hours, please call our After Hours Emergency Maintenance phone on 0402 596 422 or refer to your lease agreement for instructions on what to do.
