As a leader that does not believe in competing with his team, Ben is a non-selling principal focused on developing a team of highly professional agents to service the Townsville community.

Outside of the Townsville community, Ben is a passionate advocate for advancing professionalism within the real estate industry and is currently studying a senior executive MBA program at Melbourne Business School.

His belief in family-first values extends beyond his own family & the Kingsberry Harcourts business is focused on supporting each member of his team in both their personal and professional lives.
Ben has been married to his wife Ashely since 2016 over which time they have welcomed three beautiful kids to their family and while his business family is exceptionally important to him there is no question that family ultimately comes first.

Kingsberry Harcourts is also the naming sponsor and significant advocate for 'The Cure Starts Now' supporting the search for treatments and a cure for currently incurable childhood brain cancer, which is a cause that Ben & the entire team at Kingsberry Harcourts have committed significant resources to since 2018.
