- This campaign includes all sale properties listed with Nevros Pty Ltd trading as Kingsberry Harcourts from 20th March 2025 to 1st August 2025. Kingsberry Harcourts reserves the right to shorten, extend, rescind or further modify the term of this promotion at any time without notice.
- Kingsberry Harcourts reserves the right to provide a voucher in lieu of an iPad to the value of $550.
- The free iPad is the 10.2 inch (10th Generation), wi-fi, 64GB model however updated models may be provided subject to release and availability. Colours are subject to supply.
- For the absence of doubt, eligibility for this promotion will only apply to those properties listed with Kingsberry Harcourts during the promotion period. It does not apply to properties listed prior to the promotion period and will not apply where re-appointments are signed during the promotion period.
- For the absence of doubt eligibility for this promotion is limited to one iPad / voucher per property sold. Multiple iPads will not be provided in instances where there are multiple vendors to a sale, or where properties with multiple titles or tenancies are sold as one asset.
